Second, you could use a battery tender to offset the excess drain. First you could find what module isn't going to sleep, and get that fixed (really only a ford mechanic could do this). If you're constantly getting into deep sleep mode, you have three options. I believe you need to boost the battery as there isn't enough power to run the system that connects the HVB (which could then recharge the 12V battery). If the battery level gets too low, it turns off everything to prevent it from getting even lower and damaging the battery. The power draw should be very minimal, battery should last weeks.ĭeep sleep mode. ![]() There is enough stuff running it could drain the battery in a few hours/days.Īsleep would be when everything is off except for standby systems like the cellular modem and key fob system occasionally checking in.
